It's not unusual for Ludwig von Drake to torture his family members---by accident, of course; but this time, it's the Negaverse Von Drake and he's inflicting injury just for the hell of it.
and I were kicking around the idea of a "Nega-Ludwig", and this is the end result. Definitely NOT the
sweet little old Professor we all knew and loved on the Disney TV shows!
